These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all quotations, work orders, repairs, calibrations, proof loads, manufacturing, engineering services, AOG services, and any other work performed by Aircon Fleet Management (“AFM,” “Company,” “we,” “us”). Acceptance of any quotation, purchase order, or service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
AFM is a licensed, certified, and OEM-approved facility providing inspection, repair, overhaul, calibration, proof-load testing, recertification, manufacturing, welding, engineering, reverse engineering, and AOG support for aircraft maintenance tooling and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
All services are performed in accordance with OEM specifications, FAA guidance, applicable industry standards, and internal AFM procedures.
AFM performs work in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering data where required.
AFM does not assume responsibility for operational misuse, improper storage, overloading, or use outside approved limitations before or after return to service.
AOG services are provided on a best-effort basis only and are subject to technician availability, site conditions, customer cooperation, access to equipment, and safety considerations.
All engineering data, drawings, CNC programs, welding procedures, fixtures, tooling designs, calculations, measurements, reverse-engineered models, and documentation created or used by AFM remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aircon Fleet Management, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
All technical data, pricing, reports, procedures, photographs, and communications exchanged are strictly confidential.
AFM manufactures, welds, and modifies components strictly in accordance with approved procedures.
Calibration services are performed using traceable standards where applicable.
Proof loads are conducted per OEM or engineering requirements.
Customer warrants that all equipment:
Customer is responsible for shipping, insurance, customs clearance, and removal upon completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AFM shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
AFM reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue shall be exclusive to Florida courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between AFM and the customer. No verbal statements or prior agreements shall modify these Terms unless executed in writing by an authorized AFM representative.
