We are a licensed, certified, and OEM-approved Ground Support Equipment and Aircraft Maintenance Tooling repair, manufacturing, and engineering facility, trusted worldwide for precision, compliance, and reliability.
Our facility technicians have been trained and approved by leading manufacturers; including Tronair, Malabar, Boeing, Columbus Jack, Eagle Tugs, and supported Airbus tooling platforms with several airlines. Aircon is authorized to repair, calibrate, proof-load, recertify, manufacture, engineer, and return to service a full range of aircraft maintenance tooling and Ground Support Equipment in accordance with applicable OEM specifications, FAA guidance, and industry standards.
We are recognized and relied upon by major airlines, MRO facilities, and government agencies worldwide for our technical expertise, strict adherence to regulatory and quality requirements, and uncompromising commitment to safety and operational readiness.
Every unit we service, manufacture, or engineer is handled with a single objective: to ensure airworthiness support, mission readiness, and full compliance without exception.

We operate a fully automated CNC machining facility, equipped to manufacture precision components to exact engineering specifications. Our automated processes ensure repeatability, tight tolerances, and consistent quality across every part we produce—supporting both OEM and reverse-engineered solutions for Ground Support Equipment and aircraft maintenance tooling.

We provide certified, in-house welding services for Ground Support Equipment and aircraft maintenance tooling, including structural repairs, modifications, and custom fabrication. Our welds are executed by qualified technicians using controlled procedures to meet OEM specifications and industry standards, ensuring structural integrity, durability, and full compliance for return to service.

Our engineering team specializes in design, analysis, and reverse engineering of aircraft tooling and Ground Support Equipment. Using precision measurement, CAD modeling, and material analysis, we accurately reproduce obsolete, damaged, or unsupported components—restoring functionality while maintaining compliance with OEM intent and operational requirements.

We provide accredited calibration services for a wide range of aircraft maintenance tooling and Ground Support Equipment. All calibrations are performed using traceable standards, documented procedures, and controlled processes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with OEM, FAA, and industry requirements.

We perform controlled proof load testing to verify structural integrity, load capacity, and safe operational limits of tooling and Ground Support Equipment. Each proof load is executed and documented in strict accordance with OEM specifications and industry standards to ensure equipment is safe for return to service.

We provide 24/7 on-site Aircraft on Ground (AOG) repair services to minimize downtime and restore operational capability without delay. Our technicians respond immediately with the expertise, tooling, and authority required to troubleshoot, repair, and return critical equipment to service—anytime, anywhere.
